With 25 years of experience, Jan Nygren is a trusted REALTOR® known for her professionalism, integrity, and exceptional client care. Her real estate career is built upon the foundation of a successful family business, Nygren’s Ladies Apparel, which operated for more than 40 years. As the third generation in the business, Jan learned the art of customer service early. By age 21, she had stepped into the role of President, leading the Excelsior store with a commitment to quality and a keen understanding of client
needs. 

These formative years shaped Jan’s approach to real estate: listen closely, deliver with care, and always act in the client’s best interest. Today, she brings those same values to buyers, sellers, and investors across the Twin Cities.
