Brent Nordstrom is a licensed REALTOR® and licensed Appraiser with more than 20 years of experience in residential real estate, valuation work, investment properties, and property management. His dual background allows him to provide accurate pricing, clear guidance, and strategic support for clients buying or selling homes throughout the Lake Minnetonka area, the greater Twin Cities, and Northern Minnesota.

As a Resort & Second-Home Property Specialist (RSPS), he offers specialized insight for clients exploring recreational, waterfront, or vacation homes, including those in Northern Minnesota, where he maintains an active second market.
